So Inner Radiance Torrent starts out with a good critical failure effect, arguably the best damage type, targets Reflex while on two spell lists that don't do that much. As a second level spell 4d4 is around 70% of the normal damage an AoE spell does. You can spend 6 actions to double the damage, but that all seems: good, and cool, and in the bounds of how I expect spells to work.It heightens however much faster than I think it should. And I think it's a typo.

4th level is 10d4/20d4, which puts out 25/12 and 50/25. Slightly better than Bolt+arc, but still notably clunkier to use. Again sits as a nice midpoint between the 32/16 single bolt and the 65/32 double bolt.
Against high AC creatures with lots of resistances, like ghosts, even a +2d4 hieghtened version of this spell can have its moments to shine, especially as a not top slot spell, since losing out of 5 points of damage is not THAT big of a deal. I think this spell pairs pretty well with harm on a divine sorcerer. I agree that the current scaling of getting more dice is weird. I just think like many other people that making it 2d4/level instead of 2d6 is basically killing one of the the coolest spells the game has ever had. Surely it has some decent extras, but many other spells also do (such as Lightning Bolt having double the default line size and doing an additional damage die at-level). With 2d4 you're just making it a bad blast with a decent control effect that only applies on a crit fail. At that point you're better off using an actual control spell. Sure, but nerfing a spell that's a little too strong and making a spell terrible don't have to go hand in hand at all. Another thing that isn't showing up in the analysis is that you get this massively high damage out of one spell slot, instead of two. That let you 1) do this more often, and 2) do this and still have other options for later. I don't think we should underestimate the value of that extra spell slot.
Let's assume it stays at 4d4, or even 3d4. For a level 6 slot, that's 24d4 initial, and 24d4 extra, averaging 60/60. At 3d4 per level, that averages 45/45. Now, what's another 6th level spell that deals force damage? Spirit Blast, at 56 damage. So you'll notice that even at 3d4 per level, it only loses 11 average damage for being multitarget (which is better than average, as I recall - standard AoE is approximately 66% ST), but also has double the range. Not to mention that it also has a second turn bonus if you're trying to save slots, or that it has a good critical failure effect, or that it also counteracts darkness effects as a bonus.
Inhale the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not use more than one dose in a day and do not inhale a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Yes, we have the usual double entendres and product placements (I find product placement distracting in most movies, but sort of anticipate them as part of the Bond formula). There's a high gloss and some nice payoffs, but not quite as much humor as usual; Bond seems to be straying from his tongue-in-cheek origins into the realm of conventional techno-thrillers.

The son of Harry Dent, a police officer, and his his wife Lucy Dent, a disrespected housewife, Harvey Dent was frequently abused by his father. Each night, the senior Dent used a coin to decide whether his son would get a beating. Unbeknownst to Harvey at the time, the coin was double-headed, meaning that no matter which side it landed, it would always result in him getting being beaten by his father's nightstick. His father's status as a retired cop also prevented the proper authorities from intervening, and Harvey even learned of the Gotham City Police Department's disrespect for his mother when he was hiding under the stairwell of his parents' apartment and overheard a group of cops saying that she was once "one of them". Although he didn't know what that meant, the boy was sure that it was not a compliment. Harvey was very close to his mother, and he always loved the way she would comb his hair and dress him, telling him how handsome he looked. His teachers at school agreed to that and gave him good grades. Although Harvey himself didn't believe that his father was nothing more than an abusive lout, he realized that as long as others believed it, he might one day find an opportunity for a better life with his mother.
Dent is rushed to Gotham General Hospital, where half his face is bandaged. When he awakens, he finds his father's lucky coin, left there from an earlier visit by Batman while he was still unconscious. Remembering Rachel was the last to have it, he turns the coin over, discovering that one half is greatly burnt. A torrent of emotions envelops him, as Dent bawls and screams in grief.
Harvey Dent is a pretty tall young man dressed in a dark business suit consisting of an Arrow-tailored dark blue or gray jacket, matching dress pants and a navy silk necktie with double pin stripes. Underneath it he wears a high-collared white dress shirt. He is a handsome man, wit a face consisting of a strong jaw, sparkling blue eyes, wavy blond hair and winning smile.
For when I would account to myself for the birth of that passion, which afterwards ruled my destiny, I find it arise, like a mountain river, from ignoble and almost forgotten sources; but swelling as it proceeded, it became the torrent which, in its course, has swept away all my hopes and joys.
Dabi comments that Gigantomachia isn't a great gift. The doctor agrees replying with Gigantomachia is loyal to a fault and that it hurts him that Tomura isn't All For One's equivalent. Dabi unleashes a torrent of flame against the beast but Gigantomachia simply brushes it off. Before the giant prepares to smash again, the doctor calls out Machia and plays a recording of All For One's voice to calm him down. Gigantomachia nuzzles and purrs at the radio while simultaneously quieting down.
Suddenly, Geten unleashes a fierce wave of ice that skewers many of Twice's doubles. He boasts he can control the ice's temperature, and with his Quirk he can freeze the city's water line, creating more weapons for him. Dabi calls Geten obnoxious for not opening the fight by doing so. Geten expounds that in the future the Army foresees rank will be related to the strength of one's Quirk.
To prove his point, Geten decimates more Twice's doubles with his ice, without caring that he is taking out his own soldiers as well, proclaiming life has no value beyond sheer strength. Geten also comments that he can smell Dabi's searing flesh. He deduces that Dabi cannot fight long battles less he wants to be consumed by his own flames.
The Twice's double creates several clones of himself and clones of Tomura, Dabi and Mr. Compress. Re-Destro is impressed by the power and capabilities that his Meta ability has. One of Twice's Doubles runs to rescue the broker but is quickly destroyed by Re-Destro with a single reinforced finger. The president of Detnerat reveals that he has no reason to kill Giran, because he isn't an official member of the League of Villains, but promises to do so if they continue to create any more clones.
Seeing this scene, Rikiya says that when an organization has an objective, unnecessary emotions are but shackles. That's why the League of Villains will be crushed by the Liberation Army. Re-Destro tries to destroy Twice' double, but Tomura's clone attacks him, saying that he has lofty ideals. The Grand Commander of the Liberation Army is surprised that one of the clones has managed to survive his previous attack, and strikes back.
Re-Destro manages to grab Tomura's double and continues telling the story. Laws have only suppressed Meta Abilities since her death and Destro proclaimed that this was not the future for which his mother died, and started the revolution to achieve a world where Quirks can be used freely. Re-Destro plans to continue with Destro's legacy and asks the clone of Tomura if he really thinks that the ambitions of his ragtag group, whose only purpose is destruction, can possibly outweigh the Army's dreams. 2ff7e9595c
